plenty of sleep does it,I've been like that for 3 days and the damn plugs in my nose just wouldn't go away!!!
Until I slept for like 12 hours and did nothing during the day and then all of a sudden the next morning I was mighty fine,no pills no nothing!! \o/

sleep is pretty much the only thing I can do. Being pregnant you can't take alot of meds. I take tylenol pm and thats it.
