Found a bunch of Nikki Walls. Though I would share these as there were no watermarks or site names on them. Found a few others have the old NDN site name on them and wasn't shure if they would be okay here. If so just say so and I will post thme too.

the super simple watered down way is to open paint, set attributes to your desired screen resolution (ie:1024x768), copy a pic you like and paste it into the pic and save. will look bad, but if you play around with it it could turn out ok. i personally use paint for a lot of mine, but i also use photoshop 7.0 too, both work for my simple basic stuff.
