Curious as to what happened with PF

I'm new to the forum, but I've been a Nikki fan for years. I want to say congratulations to Nikki and her Husband on their Marriage and on the little baby that is on the way!

This new site is great! It's very impressive and fun, with all the games, etc. It's exciting to watch it evolve since it's so new.

In my opinion, Nikki is the best on the web. Of all the pictures and shoots I've seen, there has never been a bad picture of her. From having a big smile, to a serious look, to climbing on furniture, inside, outside, Nikki has incredible natural beauty. Add to that her various ink, piercings, and great outfits shows her fun and wild side. The other NN girls are all good too, but Nikki is the Queen and stands alone.

After she announced she was expecting, somewhere I read that there was a plan to do a bunch of shoots and that there were enough shoots already done that the NDN site would still be updated. I looked forward to that, and then hopefully to new updates after her child was born.

Just when I started reading posts from Nikki on NNB and her myspace, she announced that she and her Phil Flash association, along with her site Next Door Nikki, were no more.

I don't want to be out of line or offend anyone, but what happened? Maybe most of members of this site are friends of and know Nikki personally, I don't know. Or maybe they already know what happened or know of where to read the story of how this all ended. It seemed like the shoots and videos were so much fun for Nikki to do, it really makes me wonder what could have happened.

As a fan it's very intriguing. Does anyone have more information they could share about what happened with Phil Flash?

In no way do I want to push this subject, or offend anyone. Just curious, looking to understand and move on from what a lot of fans like me were used to for the last few years from Nikki and PF.

Welcome to the forum. Nikki and Phil parted ways July 15th. It was about a comment she made about Phil not using all of the pictures in the sets that we had sent him. He deemed that comment as derogatory and terminated her. The thread was posted on nnb but was soon taken down but I think there may be some more insight on ydg. Anyway,

I'm mumblez, Nikki's husband and we are looking towards the future. We have some good ideas and hopefully can give you, the members, what you want. :)

To put it politely, Nikki does not seem to be upset by her loss of employment with PF. There were a lot of rules, guidelines, and restrictions placed on her that limited her expanding. So by going into business for herself, there are no such restrictions.

Also, now she can pick out her own locations, attire, and attitude to depict to the users through image and videos.

Believe me, losing PF as an employer was bad, but also good at the same time.

nothin ever happens without a reason...where one door closes another opens.i believe big things are meant for you *Mumbles and Nikki* with this new site and the other great sites your construction and about to open you have so much more freedom to express yourself the way you want to without hesitation or resistance.and being able to make your own schedule undoubtedly must thrill you both for now you can spend more time with each other and the baby and still put out a classy well designed product.i wish you both well and can't wait to see what the future of this site and the others holds for us all.

I am a filmmaker, that means that I am completely obsess with making every little thing in any thing that I do in any film, utterly perfect...it's basically OCD...and I don't get paid for it. I do it to get my name out there...anyway...So many times I would look at some of Nikki's pictures...the ones that are done by paid professionals...but, I would constantly see soft focus, especially on close up shots where a macro lens would crisp it up. very little Shallow DOF where it should be drastic...poor spill control...giant shadows behind the subject that can be eliminated by giving it a little kick...equipment and crew visible...I mean, it's my OCD kicking in is what it is. But, it just got to me sometimes, and I would ask myself, I hope she's not paying good money for some of these photo shoots. Because, while some are good...others...forgive me...are just plain bad for paid professionals.

But...even after all of my OCD complaints...Still great pictures, because of whom they are of. :rockon:

Haha, I hope Nikki wasn't paying for those pics to be taken.

We didn't pay phil to take our pics... he paid us :) Anyways, the pics weren't meant to be perfect. Our sites were supposed to be amateurish... hence the not so perfect photography.

That's definitely looking at it from a different perspective. But I always looked at Next Door Nikki like she was the girl next door, just like the name implied. Someone you could see everyday, in pictures, in ordinary surroundings. I didn't expect artwork type perfect pictures even though there have been some like are very artistic. I still think that there hasn't been a bad picture taken of Nikki. You could put her in a potato sack in front of a pile of dirt and she would still be GORGEOUS IMO! What eyes, what a smile.....!:grin61:

There were other complaints about stupid chatter in the videos from the photographers which I hated too, unless Nikki was talking. It's all about her! I'm no photographer or film maker and I give you credit for your skill! It really pissed me off on some of her videos where the photographer insisted on positioning himself at an angle with a bright light source from a window or door behind Nikki which totally obscured her in a shadow. That was just stupid.

I have never BS'ed anything about what happened between me and Phil, I just choose to not tell the whole story yet until my legal situation is in order, but one day I will tell the whole story, from beginning to end, the whole 4 years.

Regardless of his true reasons for firing me, what he did to me was bullshit, he lied to me and cass saying he wanted to spend more time with his family and didnt have time to manage all of our sites, he went back on the deal that we had and left me high and dry and didnt give a shit.

I can understand wanting to go in a new direction but we had a deal and he looked for a bullshit excuse to get out of it. What I said was in no way derogatory but he used that as a reason to terminate me ONE WEEK after we had just made a deal. And then why, pray tell, did he get rid of Sea (who did topless and probably would have followed his new trend) and keep Megan QT when she doesnt do anymore than she did in the beginning???? Hmmmm maybe because they've been friends for a long time and he decided to make her an exception. Her site makes shit.

He was a leader when it came to the Non nude industry and now he's just a wannabe follower trying to do what everyone else is doing.

It's his loss, my body is back in shape and i'll continue to model for as long as I can, I have plenty of fans and members that support me and have supported me through the whole thing and personally I think Phil will fail long before I do.
