Again, but slower. How do I do this? Put brackets where exactly? Should I bracket the URL of the YouTube page where the video is?

as an example, lets say your link is like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bhn2Qq4AqP8

What you would then do is the following

bhn2Qq4AqP8[/yt..] without the dots of course

so, by removing the dots, it will show as this:

[yt]bhn2Qq4AqP8

Thanks for the try BIg_Mike but I guess that's why Doghouse didn't type it in exactly as it needs to be, because it just shows as a window and not as what was typed.

I'm fairly illeterate when it comes to this stuff, sorry. I tried brackets in all kinds of places in the link and all it does is show exactly what I type.

HA, fixed the above post to work, you can now see how it works.

The principle is very basic, what you are using is called meta tags. usually, the first letter of what you want to do is put into brackets. Bold is , underline is [u], italics is [i] and so on and so forth. For youtube, its [yt]. Now to end your meta tag, all you have to do is do the same thing, except you put a backslash / between the first bracket and the letter. I will do it here with a dot so you can see. Bold ending meta tag is [/b.] And remember, you of course will not be using the dot, it just shows an example.

So to make bold text, you would type [b]your text[/b.]
Without the dot, it will show like this [b]your text
