assholes who find it funny to throw a rock through someones window for no fuckin reason at all!!!! The wife & I came home today to find our guest bedroom window upstairs shattered with glass all over the floor and a rock embedded in the broken window! Not to mention our dog was in the house and could have been up there when this idiot who threw the rock trough our window! Thank god she didn't get hurt. So as of Wednesday, we will have a new window and an alarm for our house. Been wanting to get an alarm for a while, and this just inspired us to get one. If they try it again, we'll get their ass.

Sorry to bore anyone with this post, but I just needed to vent.

I hear ya Rob. We've also have been talking over the last few months in buying a sidearm for the house. Well, looks like were going handgun shopping this weekend. Any pointers for a first time handgun that the wife can shoot as well?

Awesome, now if it happens again, the dog gets to get splintered with glass and get assaulted with 200 incessant decibels of earsplitting alarm sirens while she waits for you to come home and turn off the alarm. She ought to love that. :D

I feel your pain..... although not as invasive, I'm sitting here waiting for the cops to come back and post a report of some little shitheads that just smashed my fancy lil mailbox.

Of course it's raining, and here I go chasing some 16 year old dicks down the road in some pj's with no shoes.

Lucky for me (well, not really) the cops got the kids, and I got the pleasure of riding in the back of the police car for the first time when I wasn't in some shit to go and ID the little prick. Now I have to miss a days work tomorrow to go fill out the paperwork, and probably another days' work to go to damned court.

i can't remember where i saw the figures...but studies have shown more homeowners who own guns get injured in break ins and robberies than those without.....i would suggest a stun gun or similiar device....but that's just me.
