Where did the name come from?

Where did the Next Door Nikki name come from? I mean, was it chosen by PF or did each model get to chose their own "name"?

Out of all the NN Models it's one of if not the best one. I realize it really can't be used anymore but it's still represents the beginning.:wave7:

My ex and I actually came up with it when Phil told me to pick a name, we came up with a bunch of stuff but "nextdoornikki" just kinda stuck.
