Back in November 4, 1980; this was my first voting for The Election Day. I had registered to vote on June 25, 1980. My Station number was 85. I came to vote with my family, dad, mom. Joe, and Jennifer at P.S. 122 in Queens. We told the lady that we are voting for Jimmy Carter for President. At that time, Ronald Regan has won the presidency. I saw Jimmy Carter crying on national television on the convention that he lost the election for the second term in office.

In 1984, I voted for John Mondale and he lost. In 1988, I voted for Michael Dukakis and lost. He was the governor of Massachusetts. In 1992, I voted for Bill Clinton and he won the election for the new president.

This year, I was recommended to vote for Obama and guess what, he is now the new black president in The United States.
